Yes — new clients begin with a 3-month trial period at a minimum of 2 hours per week. This gives us both enough time to establish a solid working rhythm and make sure it’s a great fit. Up to 20 hours per week are available depending on the needs of your practice.

Client confidentiality is taken seriously. Prior to beginning any work together, a Model Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be completed in accordance with HIPAA requirements. You can feel confident that your clients’ protected health information is handled with the same care and discretion you bring to your clinical work.

In most cases, you’ll simply provide access to the tools and platforms your practice already uses — such as your scheduling software, billing system, or social media accounts. Everything is handled remotely, so there’s no need for any on-site setup.

At the end of the trial period, we’ll check in to discuss how things are going and what’s working well. If it’s been a great fit — and the goal is always to make sure it is — we’ll move forward with an ongoing arrangement that continues to support your practice.
